The Florida Wing of Commemorative Air Force has posted their Dec 2011 newsletter online. Great story about the history of the current wing dating back to 1995 to current.
Goal is early 2014 to get the TBM in the air.
CAF Red Tails P-51C coming to Florida
The Commemorative Air Force’s Red Tail Squadron will be in Florida with their award winning P-51C along with the mobile display. They can be visited at the New Smynra Beach airshow on 23 March and during the Sun N Fun airshow. Hopefully more Florida dates become available.

The CAF is also bringing in their SB2C Helldiver to the show.
CAF B-29 to tour Florida
It has been over ten years since the last tour of the Commemorative Air Force’s B-29 to Florida but we are happy to announce that has changed. The following dates have just been released as to where the B-29 will be. Sadly, the B-24 will not be part of this tour.
