The Liberty Foundation will be touring Florida with the B-17 “Ye Olde Pub” and a P-51 to various sites in Florida in January and February of 2020. The aircraft are part of the Erickson collection and leased to the Liberty Foundation.

Feb 01-02, The Villages, FL (Leesburg International), B-17 & P-51 RIDES
Feb 08-09, Tallahassee, FL, B-17 & P-51 RIDES
Feb 15-16, Pensacola, FL B-17 & P-51 RIDES

After a few years of restoration, the Valiant Air Command’s TBM Avenger undertook a major step forward by returning to flight on Saturday. Congratulations to all involved in making this happen.
The National Warplane Museum B-17 “The Movie Memphis Belle” is spending the winter months down at Warbird Adventures. Walk around tours are available as well as flights but please contact them first for details.
The Collings Foundation will kick off the 2020 tour with a loop around Florida starting in January and ending early February. Tour aircraft include the B-24 Liberator and FT-51 Mustang “Toulouse Nuts”. Both ground tours and flights are available at locations, with weather and maintenance causing potential re-scheduling. Also, local aircraft may join these tour dates.
If you have not seen these aircraft, highly suggest.

The Valiant Air Command will be having an open house on 9 and 10 November. The XP-82 and SBD Dauntless should be on display.

Saturday, October 26th, we will be hosting our very first nighttime engine run, which will feature the XP-82 running both of her engines at night so our fans can see this wonderful restoration up close and personal. 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝. The restorer and owner will be present to answer any questions related to the aircraft.
Tickets will be required for this one time, exclusive event. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘀 $𝟴𝟬 𝗮 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻, and will run from approximately 6pm until 9:30pm. (Timing may be adjusted the evening of the event.) Food and drink will 𝗡𝗢𝗧 be provided, so please plan accordingly. Alcohol is not allowed on the premises. Due to ramp space and safety requirements, the event is capped at 50 participants, and only open to persons who are **𝟭𝟴 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿**. RSVP will be required for the event. The XP-82 will NOT be flying during this event.
