American Aero Services will be assembling the newest addition to the Collings Foundation, a P-40B. News of the acquisition was announced on 7 December on the anniversary of Pearl Harbor Day. This aircraft can trace its history back to 7 December 1941, where it was stationed at Wheeler Field on Oahu. This aircraft was not damaged in the attack.

The Collings Foundation has released the dates for the Florida portion of their tour after a brief maintenance period.

Warbirds News is reporting that the Commemorative Air Force’s B-29 will visiting Florida along with other aircraft in their collection. A P-51, T-6, C-45 and PT-19 are to tour as part of the CAF Air Power History Tour, along with other aircraft.
