Just added, the Lewis Air Legends team is bringing a Grumman F8F Bearcat to Sun N Fun. Details on the aircraft can be found here.

As mentioned previously, also attending from the Lewis group will their P-38 “Glacier Girl” and A-20 Havoc.

The Tunison Foundation, a non-profit organization that owns and operates World War II-era aircraft, is proud to debut their newly minted D-Day Squadron at #SNF18. The group will feature three D-Day Squadron C-47 aircraft that are preparing to cross the Atlantic to return to Normandy next summer for the 75th anniversary of D-Day!

Flying in are Placid Lassie, Liberty Foundation and Virginia Ann, C-47 aircraft that are all veterans of the D-Day invasion that sparked the beginning of the end of World War II.

Gary Norville, owner of American Aero Sevices, posted that 1 April is the 20th anniversary of American Aero Services. They are one of the leaders in aircraft restoration and maintenance having restored various aircraft over the years. They are also caretakers of the Collings Foundations fleet of aircraft.
