C-47 “Tico Belle” to be in Kissimmee this weekend
The VAC’s C-47 “Tico Belle” will be at the Warbird Adventures and Kissimmee Air Museum this Saturday, Aug 29 in the morning.
Engine STOLEN from Fantasy of Flight
The Lakeland Ledger is reporting that someone broke into the Fantasy of Flight and stole an engine from the “Weeks Solution”, which was designed, built and flown by Kermit Weeks. This aircraft won 12 gold medals at the World Aerobatic Championship. More details can be found here.
Wings of Dreams Museum to house the Collings Foundation B-25
The Wings of Dreams Museum in Keystone Heights is now host to the Collings Foundations B-25. According to the Bradford County news website, the B-25 will be on loan through 2011.
