The Valiant Air Command Museum is offering free admission to all Florida Residents during the Memorial Day. Previously, residents of Brevard County were admitted free. Active and Retired Military are admitted free as well during the weekend.
Activities for this weekend include flyby’s, aircraft and car displays along with plane rides.
Hours are 9-5 daily.
The Valiant Air Command has posted plans for a future hangar at the Space Coast Executive Airport. Plans look great and it looks as if the plan is built around a future B-52 acquisition. Here is the design plans.
The VAC is hosting a salute to the Doolittle Raiders at the 2012 TICO Airshow. Five B-25 are confirmed to be attending: Barbie III, Killer Bee, Wild Cargo, Panchito, and Briefing Time. Hopefully more will attend.
The list of attendees keep getting longer and the quality better.
The CAF is also bringing in their SB2C Helldiver to the show.
The Valiant Air Command is hosting its inaugural fly in breakfast this upcoming weekend at the museum at Space Coast Executive for warbird pilots that fly-in. This is a fly-in event only and pilots and passengers get free admission to the museum.
