P-51 44-74204 formerly known as “Passion Wagon”

Update: Looks like Tom Reilly owns this aircraft and has it in storage in Georgia. Thanks to Jim Harley for the info.

The P-51 formerly known as “Passion Wagon” (44-74204) was being stored and worked on at the Valiant Air Command Museum. I last saw it in the summer of 2014 at the museum. Anyone know where it is now?

Restoration photo of P-51 Sizzlin’ Liz

Michael Marco recently posted this photo of the restoration of P-51 Sizzlin’ Liz which is being worked on in Jacksonville.

“Since Sizzlin’ Liz’s Grand National Champion title in 1996, David has flown countless air shows and amassed over 1350 hours, therefore a second restoration/engine overhaul was due. Glenn Wegman of Fighter Enterprises in Indiantown FL will return the Mustang to it’s war time glory complete with a bare aluminum fuselage and satin field colors as it was when based in the Debden England in 1944. The project should be completed in Fall of 2015.”
