CAF B-17 at Wings over Miami museum
Wings Over Miami continues to celebrate special groups in history with the visit of the Tuskegee Traveling Exhibit and the arrival of the Texas Raiders, a B-17 Flying Fortress. Last year, the Tuskegee Traveling Exhibit visited Wings sharing the Tuskegee story on the museum’s ramp to hundreds of children. This year, the exhibit comes back to Wings and is bringing a B-17 bomber which completes the story of the achievement of America’s first African American war-time pilots. Event rates apply. Easter Sunday museum opens at noon. The Tuskegee Traveling Exhibit trailer leaves at 3:00.

CAF update on the Naples stop of the Airpower Tour
**WARBIRD ALERT** B-17 Texas Raiders will join B-29 Superfortress FIFI at Naples Municipal Airport Wednesday.
WHAT: The B-17 Texas Raiders joins FIFI, the iconic B-29 Superfortress, and other aircraft from the Commemorative Air Force’s AirPower History Tour at Naples Municipal Airport tomorrow at noon. These two World War II bombers are an impressive sight both in the air and on the ramp. They are here for a 5 day event starting Wednesday, March 16. Additional aircraft attending the event include a C-45 Expeditor, a T-6 Texan, a PT-13 Stearman and a T-34 Mentor. Visitors will be able to see the aircraft up close, watch them fly, and also purchase rides in all of the attending aircraft. PRESS WILL HAVE EXCLUSIVE ACCESS TO AIRCRAFT AND CREW WEDNESDAY MORNING STARTING AT 9 A.M.

ABOUT THE EVENT: The admission cost is $20 for adults and $5 for children age 11 through 17. Children age 10 and under are free. The airplanes will be on static display when they are not flying. Ride prices range from $75 to $1595. Advance ride reservations may be made at www.AirPowerTour.org where additional information about the tour stop may also be found. Aircraft will be on display at Naples Municipal Airport Commercial Airline Terminal Main Terminal, Wednesday, March 16 through Sunday, March 20 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
